The intermediate vertical profiles of the system have a width of only 18 mm allowing an unobstructed view to the outside. Furthermore, the main advantage of the system is that each panel is only 17 mm wide, allowing you to install up to ten sliding panels in a total width of only 14 cm.
This unique double glazing system is both easy to use and versatile, perfect for any outdoor space. The panels open and close effortlessly by hand.
You can also combine the system with an awning to enclose your outdoor space during the winter.

The frames use double wheels, which allow you to create the openings of your space exactly as you wish. Maximum glazing thickness 10mm.
The frames are made of aluminium alloy EN AW6063 in natural anodizing. Glass can be placed inside them. Electrostatic paint colours or other anodising colours are also available on request. The Z500 system can be delivered and installed by our team of installers in all major cities in Greece.
The lock used by the Z500 system is placed inside the glass pane. At the same time, it acts as a handle, providing ease of movement, elegance and perfect aesthetics, as it does not obstruct the view of the exterior. Its construction is made of stainless steel.

The thickness of the glazing should not be less than 4 mm because in these cases it is vulnerable to bending. The longer the distance between the double glazing, the softer the connection between the two panes of glass through the air between them becomes, thus optimising the sound insulation. Asymmetrical glass thicknesses are better than symmetrical ones (e.g. 8-12-4 instead of 6-12-6) because this avoids simultaneous resonance of the glass.
