The M50FR είναι ένα σύστημα υαλοπετασμάτων που προσφέρει πιστοποιημένη πυραντίσταση EI30. Οι ιδιότητες του συστήματος επιτυγχάνονται με τη χρήση ενός ειδικού προφίλ ενίσχυσης στην κολόνα και την τραβέρσα που, σε συνδυασμό με το υλικό πλήρωσης που χρησιμοποιείται, διασφαλίζει κορυφαία πυραντίσταση. Η διογκούμενη ταινία παίζει πολύ σημαντικό ρόλο στο M50FR και τοποθετείται εντός των πλευρών του isolator και της βάσης του υαλοπίνακα. Σε περίπτωση υψηλών θερμοκρασιών, η ταινία διαστέλλεται ταχύτατα και γεμίζει αποτελεσματικά τον χώρο μέσα στην πρόσοψη.

The thickness of the glazing should not be less than 4 mm because in these cases it is vulnerable to bending. The longer the distance between the double glazing, the softer the connection between the two panes of glass through the air between them becomes, thus optimising the sound insulation. Asymmetrical glass thicknesses are better than symmetrical ones (e.g. 8-12-4 instead of 6-12-6) because this avoids simultaneous resonance of the glass.
