Responsibilities

Project Management
Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure projects are completed within specified timelines and budget constraints.

Design
Develop architectural designs and plans for construction projects.
Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software for drafting and design purposes.
Ensure that designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Collaborate with the project team to integrate design and construction requirements.

Quality Assurance
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
Address and resolve any design or construction-related issues promptly.
Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.

Communication
Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential challenges.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the project team.

Problem Solving

• Identify and address challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Propose innovative solutions to design and construction issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in construction project management and architectural design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
